Scanner
My Scanner Isn't Scanning.
1. Start by unplugging the power cord, keeping it unplugged for 3 seconds, and plugging it back in. Test the scanner.
2. If that does not work, try checking for updates by clicking the Windows button and typing "Online Update".
3. Click "ScanSnap Online Update" once it pops up and click through the wizard saying yes or ok whenever asked.
My Scanner Isn't Scanning To The Correct Directory.
1. Scan a document and click "scan to folder" from the menu that pops up.
2. Change the target directory to the correct folder (hint: the path for putting documents into EBMS should be F:/scan).
Websites
This Appointment Site Isn't Working Correctly.
Try adding the site to the 'Trusted Sites'.
Chrome:
a. Click the 3 horizontal lines icon on the far right of the Address bar.
b. Click on Settings, scroll to the bottom and click the Show Advanced Settings link.
c. Click on Change proxy settings.
d. Click the Security tab > Trusted Sites icon, then click Sites.
e. Enter the URL of your Trusted Site, then click Add.
f. Click Close > OK.
Internet Explorer:
a. Go to Tools > Internet Options > Security.
b. Click the Trusted Sites icon, then click Sites
c. Enter the URL of your Trusted Site, then click Add.
d. Click Close.
Why Can't I Access Social Media?
Access to Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter and various other sites that fall under the category of "social media" has been disabled to promote greater productivity in the workplace.

How Can I Fix The Error That Says "An Authentication error has occurred. This could be due to CredSSP encryption oracle remediation"?
1. Download both CreateAllowEncryptionOracleRegistryKey.ps1 and remoteDesktopScip.bat to your computer
2. Move them from your "Downloads" folder to "Desktop"
3. Double click on the RemoteDesktopScrip
4. Click yes to allow Powershell to execute
5. Try clicking on your login link to access your STBI computer
Computer
My Computer Is Slow.
1. Start by closing all open windows.
2. Open "Settings" and select "Windows Update".
3. If there are any available, click "Install Now".
4. Restart the computer.
Printers
My Printer Isn't Printing
1. Make sure the printer is turned on.
2. Right-click on the printer icon in the bottom right corner.
3. Click "Open All Active Printers"
4. Right-click on the documents in there and then click "cancel".

Why Doesn't My Document Print The Entire Page When I Click Print?
1. Download the document before trying to print it.
2. Or use a different web browser such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
